BENECO as Education/Tourism Destination

The 95 graduating Electrical Engineering students from the University of Batangas (UB) - College of Engineering being briefed by BENECO's System Control and Protection Engineer, Engr. George Tait. The UB students are learning about BENECO's Systems and Controls performance, the co-op's state-of-the-art facilities and BENECO's best practices as an organization. UB is the second educational institution that sent their students to BENECO first quarter of this year. The University of the Visayas sent 15 of their students and faculty last month. BENECO has been a favorite destination for benchmarking by other electric cooperatives and private distribution utilities in the country over the years.
