BENECO PREPARES FOR ITS SURVEILLANCE AUDIT TO MAINTAIN ISO CERTIFICATION

Come August 14, 2020, BENECO will again embark on the surveillance audit for its ISO 9001:2015 ISO audit. BENECO's certifying body for its quality management system (QMS) is DQS Philippines. The surveillance audit aims to verify that BENECO continues to be qualified and remained certified through its compliance with its QMS. DQS submitted the recommendation of BENECO's ISO certification to its mother organization in Germany last year August 15, 2019 after the closing meeting with BENECO, in particular-the management team and the members of the ISO core team. The ISO certificate was presented to the BENECO Management Team and employees last January 6, 2020 during the monthly employees' assembly by no less than the its Managing Director, Mr. Romeo Zamora. BENECO in its continuous desire to provide excellent customer service to its member-consumer-owners pursued this well sought seal of business excellence to further enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of systems and procedures in conformance to customer and regulatory requirements. According to one ISO website, "all the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides." BENECO's certification was a product of the ISO core team and employees' hardwork, dedication and commitment driven by management's pursuit to continously provide excellent and efficient service to its member-consumer-owners.
