DICT-BENECO Partnership

GM Melchor S. Licoben shares to the members of the city council the projects it implemented in partnership with DICT for the provision of free internet services for gov't offices and learning institutions within its franchise area. The most recent of which is the free internet provided to Happy Hallow National High School and Happy Hallow Barangay Hall.
