We wish to inform our member-consumer-owners, LGU within Baguio City and Benguet Province and all our stakeholders that Engr. Melchor S. Licoben is the ONLY and duly recognized General Manager of BENECO.

Despite the delivery of the NEA Memorandum No. 2021-71, the BENECO Board of Directors has not yet officially acted on the said NEA memo.

We hope that we have clarified this matter.
