BENECO and BOKOD inks MOA

BENECO is now ready to install 50 units of streetlights and five units of CCTV in the different areas of the Municipality of Bokod following the signing of a memorandum of agreement.

Under the MOA, BENECO will provide and install the said equipments in identified places in Bokod. The installation and even the energy consumption, according to the MOA, shall be considered as an advance benefit for BOKOD for minihydroprojects to be developed in the Municipality.

Present during the signing are the Municipal officials headed by Mayor Thomas Wales, Jr and Vice Mayor Pedro Anton. Honorable board members Luke Gomeyac (Dist 4), Mike Maspil (Dist 6), Peter Busaing (Dist 5), Josephine Tuling (Dist 8) and President Rocky Aliping (Dist 3) came to the Municipal Gym of Bokod for the MOA signing last March 26, 2018.
