BENECO ARGAM 2022

Please be informed that the conduct of the Annual General Membership Assembly Meeting (ARGAM) for BENECO's member consumers is based on the Articles of Cooperation and By Laws of the electric cooperative which the member consumers approved during the Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) on Oct. 2, 2021

Sec. 3 (Annual Meetings) of Article IV (General Assembly) of the By Laws state that:

"The annual meeting of members shall be held subsequently every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Saturday of June and every year thereafter at such date and place within the service area of the Cooperative as selected by the Board which shall be designated in the notice of meeting."

The ARGAM will therefore be held as earlier scheduled:

• June 11, 2022 - Benguet Sports Complex Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet
• June 18, 2022- Baguio Athletic Bowl, Baguio City

We encourage all our member consumers to attend.
