BENECO employees are currently in the groove for the "Effective Interpersonal Competencies Towards Effective Client Relations Seminar" with Dr. Lea Solmerin-Corpuz at Dumol Hall, BENECO South Drive. This is the first of four batches of employees to undergo customer care training. Majority of this batch are meter readers. The group voted Engr. Christopher George Tait as THE FACE of Friendliness and Approachability. Interestingly, Dr. Solmerin-Corpus noted the voice of ComRel James Palicdon (not a participant) who was conducting PMES at the lobby as THE VOICE perfect in tone, pitch, and loudness when dealing with clients.
