The 3 linemen
On the evening of May 27, a three-man crew led by lineman Cyril Linmipao successfully restored electricity to Tacadang following a power outage caused by lightning. This outage coincided with the onset of the rainy season in Benguet.
The three linemen embarked on a challenging journey through the mountainous terrain stretching from Kayapa, Bakun, to Bekes-Culiang-Bana, Kibungan. Their mission was to bring power back to one of the most remote barangays in the Bakun and Kibungan municipalities. Photos by Joshua Madongit.
